Cosmic Cookie Meditation is not necessarily sitting quietly and banning all thoughts in order to receive something worthwhile. Clarity of insight happens whenever it is received because nothing was in the way. I have found that meditation can take place during any and all activities but especially when on treadmills or on cans. Cosmic Cookie Most People think Separateness. They have no idea what the Universe actually is. It is One Moving Infinite Mass of Energy broken up in visible and invisible Aspects. To us that is. In actuality it is one Thing... Waving... Vibrating. This waving/vibrating automatically creates Geometric Patterns of Consciousness Units which form all of Creation and/or the Created. Meanwhile the Wave that contains the Created also keeps creating within a specific Frequency Range allotted for these particular created Aspects. Cookie Break... Cosmic Cookie How do we actually create the reality we become consciously aware of? The Consciousness or Awareness We Are projects upon the Universal Cosmic Energy in the so called "out there" a certain interference pattern. This interference pattern is expressed by means of our aura and our senses. (Read Vibration or Soul) It is what we actually are or represent as a Universal Being. It is our "Being" expressed just the way we are at that moment. This is what we consciously become aware of and then say I see a tree, a car, a person, a mouse, or a world out there. Naturally... there is a lot more to experience than we become consciously aware of but all the rest passes us by since we have not reached that level of awareness. Naturally... another person sees more or less the same thing because there is a consensus among all Universal Beings of a certain type. All our interpretations are not necessarily the same. The clue here is that no one will ever be able to compare any interpretations because they take place in our own mind. This is why we create and experience different realities. Often we all agree - but not always. This actually means that we all create our own Universe and all Beings and all Happenings from scratch. Our own scratch! Which is as it should be. WE ARE THE CREATOR OF ALL THINGS IN THE FIRST PLACE

Poetic Interlude... WITHIN YOUR OWN MIND ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To love Someone... is to project Your Inner Feelings upon the other Person. The other Person however... does not have to know about it. It is YOU... who is doing it. Not the other Person. Loving Someone then... is done... entirely and completely by YOU. The Trick is... not to get lost... within your own Feelings. These Feelings are born... from YOUR State of Mind. Yours and Yours only. In other Lives... you possibly loved Someone else. With the same Mind. For it is the Mind or Soul... that is reborn again and again. Was that Love for Real? Remember... Minds are but Minds. Cookie Break... Cosmic Cookie Once we know who we are all looking and searching stops. All Teachings become Stories then and all Stories become Teachings. All things then are just as interesting as the next while yet we have preferences for that is our nature. Knowing this or knowing that is but an exchange of differences. No Being can ever know it all. In the mean time... it is not important to know anything. EXCEPT TO KNOW THAT WE KNOW NOTHING

Every Atom or Energy Complex is aware of itself as well as semi aware... of all other Things for All Is One. Consciousness is a Knowledge Information Structure that lives within its own Creation and is united within its own Awareness. Within almost all manifested Planes of Creation Consciousness is aware of itself as One Being. The Mass Mind of Man however thinks differently. THINKING DIFFERENTLY... SEPARATES US
