To rid diarrhea, heat a cup of milk in microwave (not to a boil) and drink.
Drink lots of water for diarrhea because diarrhea dehydrates you; also, eat rice
(visitor recommendation) I have a friend from Poland that gave me a remedy for diarrhea that works quicker than even immodium can. What you do is take a regular tea bag, cut it open, take out a teaspoon of the mixture and swallow it down with any beverage.
